About TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.  It’s the perfect tool to Train for Life.


This circuit style class will use a variety of equipment, including the TRX, to get your heart rate pumping and the sweat dripping. This 45 minute class will challenge your cardiovascular endurance, develop speed and agility, three dimensional core strength and muscular strength to help you Train for Life.
