About TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.  It’s the perfect tool to Train for Life.

TRX Bootcamp

Held at Station1 Upper Deck at our Middleton Fire Station location, this circuit style class will use a variety of equipment including the TRX, to get your heart pumping and sweat dripping. You will challenge your cardiovascular endurance, develop speed and agility, 3-dimensional core strength and muscular strength to help you Train for Life. Studio Pass or Studio Membership.

TRX Strength

Held at Station1 Upper Deck at our Middleton Fire Station location, this 45 minute class uses the TRX suspension trainer and body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. One of the great things about TRX is its adaptability for many different levels of fitness and abilities. Come as you are! Studio Class Pass or Studio Membership.
