About Youth Fitness
It is never too early to develop healthy exercise habits. At Harbor, we are known for our wide variety of group classes for kids of all ages from toddlers to teens. These classes teach sportsmanship, respect, and team building skills and at the same time improve fitness levels through specialized activities. Our offerings include strength and agility training, choreographed dance performance to music, or more sports-specific sessions such as swimming or racquetball lessons.
Our programs are designed help children develop positive behaviors at an early age. Kids grow up fast. Let Harbor help inspire them to train for life.

Once you have taken this class, you are considered certified for the weight room and you may use the weight room with supervision of someone ages 16+.
Specialty Workshop! Lifting and Agility with Braelon Allen
- Ages 8-10- 4:00-5:00 pm
- Ages 11-13 5:30-6:30 pm
- Ages 14+ 7:00-8:00 pm
Specialty Workshop! Youth Basketball Camp with Zach Morley
This 3 week program aims to develop a lifelong passion for the game of basketball in boys and girls. Join Coach Zach Morley for a fun, skills based workshop in 3 different age groups. Coach Morley played for the Badgers from 2003-2005 and professionally overseas for 10 years. He is a Middleton father of 4 who has turned his love of the game of basketball into a fun, interactive coaching style for kids. He leads various skills workshops for all ages.
Saturday’s January 8th-22nd
- Kindergarten and 1st grade- 1:00-1:50 pm
- 2nd and 3rd Grade- 2:00-2:45 pm
- 4th and 5th Grade- 3:00-4:00 pm
