Kirk Harvell


Kirk has been a personal trainer since 1992 and worked with a variety of clients with many different fitness goals. His training is always focused providing his clients with support and tools to make working out (in and out of the gym) an integral part of their every day life. His passion for teaching led him to work as a certified CPR instructor. Kirk is a 1st Degree Black Belt and instructor in Tae Kwon Do. He is currently studying Krav Mage and teaching self-defense, self-protection and security. Kirk is NFPT and Fitness and Nutrition certified.
