Sandy Powers


Sandy (Powers) Salvo, certified through the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, has been teaching movement classes for 30+ years and is dedicated to helping others discover their path to self-healing and vitality. Over the years Sandy has taught a wide variety of fitness classes, and has also served as the Fitness Director for the YMCA and Program Coordinator for the UW Sports Medicine Center. She is currently teaching Qigong and T’ai Chi Easy for Harbor, as well as subbing for water fitness, deep water interval training and aqua flow classes.
