Train for Life Philosophy: I like to find a fitness program that works for each individual at any level. With that being said it can change throughout the year, with age, and also with recovering from injuries. It’s ever evolving but we can always work hard to Train for Life!
If I had an extra 30 minutes in my day I would get a quick workout in, go for a little walk, hop on a stationary bike, or get an ab workout in…along with playing with my animals on the farm!
